Hitting out hard at BSP supremo Mayawati for running the UP government in the name of dalits but doing noting for them, Congress (I) has said Mayawati will bite the dust in the coming Assembly elections due early 2012. BSP supremo has been occasionally throwing doles at dalits and poor but did not implement capacity building programs for them so that they could stand on their feet in due course. On the contrary Congress (I) has rolled out number of programs for dalits and poor like Mahatama Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee scheme (MNREGA), National Rural Health Mission (NRHM), Janani Sauraksha Yojana (Safe Motherhood Delivery) for women living below poverty line. Congress (I) leader Rahul Gandhi himself has been visiting the houses of dalits and poor to understand and find solutions for their issues. Mayawati cannot claim monopoly over dalits, said Congress (I) add that Mayawati’s flock is ready to fly out soon to her bitter frustration.
