Sonia Gandhi: BJP is frustrated with the success of Congress led UPA Govt.

Congress President Sonia Gandhi while speaking at an election rally at the historic city of Allahabad as part of her Congress campaign for the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh said that the opposition, especially the BJP, is frustrated to see that Congress could form the Government at the Centre in 2009 too.
Sonia Gandhi also claimed that the present Congress led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) Government introduced a number of revolutionary programs and policies for the welfare of the people. She also stated that that Congress is fighting elections to bring back the lost glory of Uttar Pradesh and also to ensure the developments.
Referring the successive election victory for UPA in 2009 Sonia Gandhi said, “please tell me what is wrong if people gave a mandate again (in 2009) to UPA appreciating its good performance? We got tremendous support from Uttar Pradesh too. But the opposition is frustrated and they try to create hurdles inside parliament and indulge in false propaganda. These parties are again trying to play the dirty game of caste and communal politics but we will never allow that”.
“Uttar Pradesh is facing acute shortage of water and electricity, both rural and urban areas are suffering for lack of basic infrastructure, there are no proper facilities for education, employment and health and the atrocities against women have been increasing. Now this is the time to free this noble state from this pathetic state of affairs,” she cautioned.
