Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi is addressing an election rally in Mathura. When we went to the farmers they had told us that the doors of the banks are closed for them. We helped them by opening the doors of the banks and also by waiving off their loans, he said. Rahul Gandhi also explained about the relief packages for Bunkars and Bundelkhand.
