The Union budget 2013 presented by Union Finance Minister P Chidambaram is a balanced one with adequate focus on women, youth and the poor in the Country. This has been the priorities of Congress President and UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi and party Vice President Rahul Gandhi. The budget clearly shows the commitment of the Congress and its vision for development.
